What is Eldritch OS
Eldritch OS is one workspace for preparing and running tabletop roleplaying games. It holds your campaign, your characters, your rules content, and your virtual tabletop in the same system, so the work you do preparing a session carries directly into playing it.
It is built for D&D 5e, grounded in the SRD 5.2, with SW5E supported as a second ruleset.
Who it is for
Section titled “Who it is for”Game masters who are currently running their table across several tools at once — a character site, a separate VTT, a chat app, a notes doc — and losing time to the gaps between them.
It is built for tables that play online, over voice or video.
What makes it different
Section titled “What makes it different”One workspace. Characters, compendium, campaign notes, and the tabletop are the same system rather than four that need syncing.
The GM stays in charge. AI is available throughout — rules lookups, generated portraits, NPC voices — but it drafts and suggests. You decide what reaches the table.
No lock-in. A documented REST API with Swagger docs, and character import from D&D Beyond. Open APIs instead of a walled garden.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”- Core concepts — the handful of ideas the rest of the product is built on.
- Shipped and coming — exactly what works today.
