Boilerplate

Describe it in your own words, or ours

One line

An AI-native tabletop platform for D&D 5e: prep, play, and AI assistance in one workspace. In alpha playtest.

Fifty words

Eldritch OS is an AI-native, interoperable TTRPG platform for tables that play online: character sheets, a compendium, campaign management, and a virtual tabletop in one workspace, with an AI assistant that drafts encounters and NPCs but never applies a change the GM did not approve. It is in alpha playtest.

Two hundred words

Eldritch OS is an AI-native, interoperable TTRPG platform for tables that play online — one workspace for prep, play, and AI assistance. It is in alpha playtest: it runs, it is rough, and tables are invited in waves to run real sessions on it and report what broke.

Built for GMs who write their own material. Characters, the compendium, campaign notes, and the virtual tabletop are one system rather than four that need syncing. The tabletop runs in the browser with maps, tokens, fog of war, drawing tools, initiative and condition tracking, scenes, and physics-based 3D dice, synced live between the GM and the players.

AI is a copilot, not a replacement. The assistant can see the campaign — its scenes and the creatures placed on them — and drafts encounters, room descriptions, and NPCs with portraits and voices against them. It cannot write to the campaign on its own: every change arrives as a proposal the GM applies or rejects, enforced by the API.

Rules are grounded in the D&D 5e SRD 5.2, with SW5E as a second ruleset, and characters import from D&D Beyond. A documented REST API with Swagger docs keeps the door open. No pricing has been set.

Quotes

Things we have said that you may use

Attribute these to the Eldritch OS team. They are from our about page, where the surrounding argument lives.

  • It drafts. You decide.

  • A tabletop game is worth playing because a person is making it up as they go, reading the room, and deciding what matters.

  • We would rather earn your table every session than rely on your material being stuck here.
